Your support fuels not just this product, but the bigger dream behind our small, Latina-owned business. Because each planner is part of a limited-run production, we want to be transparent about how our pre-orders work.

• Pre-order purchases are final sale and non-refundable once your order is placed.

• This policy ensures we can produce and deliver your planner as promised without interruption to the limited-run printing schedule.

• Quantities are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping Timeline

• Pre-orders placed now will ship in November 2025 (exact date announced closer to delivery).

• Shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Address Changes

Because pre-orders ship at a later date, please notify us of any address changes before the shipping window begins. This will ensure your planner arrives safely. Email support@penandpapel.com and include your order number, previous shipping address, and new shipping address.

If your planner arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@penandpapel.com and nclude your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost to you.
