Your support fuels not just this product, but the bigger dream behind our small, Latina-owned business. Because each planner is part of a limited-run production, we want to be transparent about how our orders work.

• All purchases are final sale and non-refundable once your order is placed.

• This policy ensures we can deliver your planner as promised without interruption.

• Quantities are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping

To make checkout seamless, we use USPS flat-rate shipping based on how many planners are in your order. These rates reflect exact USPS commercial pricing with no mark-ups:

• 1 planner → $11.20 (Large padded Priority Mail envelope)

• 2 planners → $19.20 (Medium Priority Mail side-loading box)

• 3–4 planners → $28.35 (Large Priority Mail box)

• Orders typically go out within 1-2 business days. 

• Shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.

If your planner arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@penandpapel.com and nclude your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost to you.
