Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once items are in the possession of the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our limited-edition products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@penandpapel.com within 7 days of delivery.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for products on our website. They are subject to applicable laws regarding expiration dates and unclaimed property.
