Because each planner is part of a limited-run production, we want to be transparent about how orders work.
Purchase Terms

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable once your order is placed.

This policy ensures we can produce and deliver your planner as promised without interruption to the limited-run printing schedule.

Quantities are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@penandpapel.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost to you.

We use USPS Priority Mail for every Domestic (U.S.) order. This provides quick delivery, built-in tracking, and reliable packaging for the tools you’re bringing into your new year. Flat rates are based on quantity:
