Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@penandpapel.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost to you.

We use USPS Priority Mail for every Domestic (U.S.) order. This provides quick delivery, built-in tracking, and reliable packaging for the tools you’re bringing into your new year. Flat rates are based on quantity:
